By creating an account, checking the signup acknowledgements, or using RoSint (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
RoSint provides open-source intelligence (OSINT), breach/stealer research tooling, and related utilities for legitimate research, security, fraud prevention, and personal account monitoring. The Service aggregates and presents information that may already exist in public or third-party sources. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, freshness, or availability of any result.
You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws (including privacy, computer misuse, stalking/harassment, export, and data-protection laws). Without limitation, you must not:

You are solely responsible for the legality of each query you run.
Results are informational only. They are not legal, compliance, credit, employment, or law-enforcement advice. Do not make consequential decisions based solely on Service output.
Free and paid plans, cooldowns, and premium keys are described in the product. We may change quotas, features, or pricing with reasonable notice where practical. Abuse, chargebacks, multi-accounting, VPN/proxy evasion of signup review, or ToS violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without refund where permitted by law.
The Service may rely on third-party data providers and networks. We do not control those sources and are not liable for their content, downtime, or errors. Brand names of upstream providers are not disclosed in the product UI and form no part of your rights against us.
RoSint branding, UI, and original software are owned by the Service operator. You retain rights to data you lawfully submit; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend and indemnify the Service operator against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your queries, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for ToS violations, legal risk, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” and version above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms when required by law, or we may ask you to re-accept at signup / next login.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise. Courts in Bucharest, Romania shall have jurisdiction, subject to such mandatory protections.
