Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation when required.
We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email, anti-abuse) under processing terms, or when required by law / to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal data.
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, disputes, and legal compliance. Logs are retained for shorter operational windows unless needed longer for investigations.
We use industry-reasonable measures (hashed passwords, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or port data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via Discord to exercise rights. We may need to verify your identity.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data may be processed in the EU and/or other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Policy; the effective date/version will change. Material changes may be communicated in-product or at next signup acceptance.
